Weekdays
Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:00
The desk is staffed throughout the day, with a short break between 13:00 and 13:30.
Weekends & Events
Saturday, 10:00 – 14:00, for festival season enquiries only.
Sunday and public holidays: closed, but email is checked each morning.
During the Franschhoek Literary Festival and the Cape Town open-mic season, we run a temporary enquiry line. Check the festival pages for the current schedule and guest author slots.
